Villa in Residence with Swimming Pool. The sea is only 250 meters away, 3 minutes on foot, very clean sea, blue flag, and sandy beach, with a lido equipped with bar and restaurant and a large free beach that is easy to access and very clean.
The house is equipped with new and modern furniture with gas cooker, oven, sink, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning, radiators, Smart TV with TV Series and Films On Demand, Barbeque, everything needed for cooking, dishes, pots, etc. Villa Anna has a large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, sunbathing area, table and deckchairs. Villa Belen has a large shower with hydromassage in the bathroom. Private parking space inside the residence which is totally fenced with various green spaces and well cared for, large swimming pool with equipped green area, children are safe and will easily find company. 10 meters from the Residence there is a well-stocked supermarket with honest prices and an excellent restaurant/pizzeria (Il Bocciolo), there is a restaurant on the sea with fresh fish specialities. Nearby you can find all the services such as Pharmacy, Post Office with PostaMat, ATM, Tobacconist, Butcher, Church, etc. You can also reach Lake Fondi. Terracina is 2 minutes away by car, Sperlonga is 5 minutes away, while Gaeta is 10 minutes away.

Maximum 6 beds in the Villa, the shared swimming pool is seasonal with umbrellas and deckchairs and is open in July and August. 30% deposit in cash or by bank transfer or PostePay top-up. The balance must be paid on the first day of stay upon collection of the keys. Sheets, pillows and pillowcases, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and straightener will be provided, but not towels.
